Standard Support

All plans include access to Communifire Support Community, where you can access user guides and how-to's, post questions and get answers in the discussion forums. 

Premium Support for SaaS plans (annual support agreement)

  • Everything provided above, and:
  • Your own personal support space - We provide you with a secure and confidential support space within our support community. All communication in that space is private by default and only viewable by the customer and Axero Solutions.
  • Access to submit private cases and help questions.
  • Axero Solutions will provide support services for as long as the annual support contract is renewed.

Premium Support for self-hosted plans (annual support agreement)

  • Everything above, and:
  • During your support term, you will be offered all corrections and performance improvements to the Software that are designated as service packs or update releases by Axero. You will be notified and offered the opportunity to obtain all updates as they become available.
  • Support on questions related to installation, upgrades, bugs, and user guide.
  • Questions related to understanding the code, extending the framework, and performing customizations.
  • Support via instant messenger, email, or phone for urgent requests.
  • Axero Solutions will provide support services for as long as the annual support contract is renewed.
