Communifire comes with two guarantees:

• Your software is guaranteed to work. Bugs happen sometimes. When they do, we fix them promptly and with a smile.
• You're guaranteed personalized support, including implementation, installation, and setup. Your platform will be easy to use, flexible, and scalable.

Communifire Support (all licensing plans)

• All licensing plans include free access to My.AxeroSolutions.com, the Axero Support Community, where you can post questions and get answers in the discussion forums and view technical and "how-to" documents.
• Service Packs and update patches are free for the first year - if you have not opted for an annual support contract, we encourage customers to apply new releases to obtain the latest features and bug fixes.

Communifire Premium Support (optional annual contract)

• Axero Solutions will provide support services for the two (2) most current versions of the Software.
• During your support term, you will be offered all corrections and performance improvements to the Software that are designated as service packs or update releases by Axero. You will be notified and offered the opportunity to obtain all updates as they become available.
• Access to web based bug tracking software with a private account.
• Support on questions related to installation, upgrades, bugs, and user guide.
• Questions related to understanding the code, extending the framework, and performing customizations.
• Access to key members of our development via instant messenger, email, or phone for urgent requests.
• Your own personal support space - For customers who choose a support plan, we provide you with a secure and confidential support space within our support community. All communication in that space is private by default and only viewable by the customer and Axero Solutions.
