Our Management
Vivek Thakur - Managing Partner
Pioneering the inception of Axero Solutions, Vivek Thakur is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Axero
Solutions. Along with Tim Eisenhauer, he heads the strategic as well as technical divisions at Axero.
Vivek fuels the business vision of Axero and helps in creating the product roadmap and strategies to
increase sales and setting quality benchmarks.
Vivek has also authored a book on ASP.NET architecture and design, and his passion for ASP.NET has been
formally recognized with the Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award by Microsoft since April 2007.
Vivek received his engineering degree (B. Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT). A
strong advocate of the Chaos Theory in software systems and management, Vivek visualizes social networking
governing the internet in the future.
Tim Eisenhauer - Managing Partner
The creative spark of Axero Solutions and a usability and web engineering expert, Tim co-founded Axero Solutions with
Vivek Thakur in 2007.
He leads the sales, marketing, and technical divisions along with Vivek. Tim has strong exposure to linking
business scenarios with usability and practical use. Prior to Axero, he was one of the brains behind
conceptualization and creation of websites such as Acquireo.com, Franchiselogix.com, Universalfaqmanager.com, and
Zoomonga.com.
He also concentrates his skills in HCI and marketing consulting to help web businesses succeed and strengthen
their position in the extremely competitive eCommerce markets.
Tim blends strong visual communication skills with branding and technical expertise -- and stands out as a rare
technical leader who can shape businesses from ground zero and give them a distinct identity at the same time.
Neelmony Pannu - Operations Manager
A vivacious personality, Neelmony Pannu spearheads the company's expansion plans. She brings with her a wealth
of entrepreneurial experience that includes research, strategic planning, training, knowledge management, and
client servicing. Prior to joining Axero, she has been instrumental in bridging and coordinating research
operations of New York
based Gerson Lehrman Group in Asia Pacific region with projects in other parts of the world. She also is an
expert in process optimization and QA benchmarking, and has extensive experience in Channel Management,
Customer Service, and Business Development.
An engineering graduate and an IIT-Delhi certified project management professional, Neel extends herself
through creative interests. She has been a national level fencer and is actively pursuing dramaturgy as a
part of an IIT-Delhi based theater group, Dramatech.
Colin Slade - Businss Development Manager
Colin is the voice of Axero. He enjoys working with clients spanning multiple domains to develop their
Online Communities. He is heading the business development division at Axero.
Colin is an active speaker & trainer at different sales and marketing events around the country. He has a
Bachelors Degree in Human Computer Interaction, which focuses on making technology easier for people to
use. Prior to Axero, Colin was working at PlanetJ Corp. as VP, Sales and Marketing, focusing on business
development, international expansion, online training systems, and enterprise level web applications.
He has worked with and trained numerous companies including Wells Fargo, Reebok, Wabash National, Borders
Books, Deloitte, and Roland Music.
He is passionate about online business and spends his free time helping others learn and adapt to the
ever changing technological environment.
Raghav Khunger - Technical Operations Manager
A technology freak, Raghav eats, drinks, and breathes programming. At Axero, he leads the technical development
team and simultaneously handles client support services.
A geek who not only is curious about new possibilities but has a strong knowledge base of the fundamentals,
Raghav is one of the top contributors in Microsoft ASP.NET forums and is an active MVP since 2008.
He received his Bachelor's degree in computer science and chose Axero to fuel his passion for technology.
